We are looking to strengthening our position in Denmark as the #1 choice specialist, offering a careful selection of meat, fish, and seafood to more than 5,000 independent restaurants, chain customers, and stores. Every day, we cut fish and process meat according to our customers' needs. We have our own production where we have been making sausages and charcuterie since 1916 with craftsmanship and tradition. We have a deep knowledge and a large network of successful breeders, producers, and suppliers. In short, from JHB you get the best of sea and land in one delivery. We are about 450 employees and have offices in Sweden in Partille, Älvsjö, Fiskhamnen, Öckerö, Helsingborg, and Vantaa in Finland. JHB is part of the METRO AG Group with over 90,000 employees.
JHB continues to grow and expand in the European market and is therefore looking for new top sellers in Denmark who want to drive sales together with competent and committed colleagues at JHB. The position is based in Denmark, with close connection and collaboration with our office in Helsingborg.
Together with us, you will be part of a growth journey and have the opportunity to develop in one of the foodservice market's most exciting companies. This means, among other things, that you will work with some of Denmark's most talented restaurateurs and chefs who know what they want, which in turn places high demands on our performance and organization. Your role is to drive sales to customers in Restaurants & Hotels and, together with your colleagues, meet our customers' expectations and set goals.
What we expect from you:
- You to have a proven track record of running long-term business relationships and providing customers with efficient and excellent service within our industry.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, proactive, and result oriented.
- Ability to sell new products, concepts, and campaigns to ensure that our customers develop positively.
- Flexible with the customer's best interests always in mind.
- Being data driven, challenge and follow up sale figures and goals with a strong focus on achieving success and results both daily and long-term.
- Good Knowledge in English and fluent in Danish.
- You need to have deep product knowledge and skills from our fields.
- University degree in Marketing, Sales, Economics and/or Management or equivalent.
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales and distribution with good commands.

Your primary place of work will be on the field in Denmark meeting our customers, but the work also includes travelling to our offices in Helsingborg, as well as to Gothenburg/Partille and Stockholm/Älvsjö. Work is flexible but we expect you to be at the office in Helsingborg at least a day a week to ensure you build all necessary relationships within the company.
